What is here when there is no problem to solve?

This meditation by Loch Kelly is short (three and a half minutes), simple, and extremely powerful. It asks us to focus on what is here in the present moment if there is no problem to solve. I find it really helps me to unblend from the problem-solving parts of my personality, and feel into a sense of fundamental peace and well-being. I am a big fan of Loch Kelly’s approach, which works with short ‘mindful glimpses’ during the day, rather than insisting on long stretches of meditation.
